Appointment of Chairman

Reliance Worldwide Corporation Limited (ASX: RWC) is pleased to announce the appointment of Stuart Crosby as Chairman, effective immediately. The appointment follows the retirement of Jonathan Munz from the Board.

Mr. Crosby has been a non‐executive director of RWC since April 2016. He has significant experience with international businesses having previously been Chief Executive Officer and President of Computershare Limited.

Mr. Crosby said: “I am very pleased to be have been appointed Chairman of RWC. The Company is very well positioned with an exciting future. I look forward to continuing to work with RWC’s strong leadership team led by Heath Sharp.”
